HOW TO

Apply a few drops of the oil in your clean hands to warm up the oil, or directly to your body. Then massage the oil gently into the skin of your body until the oil is fully absorbed. You can also add a few drops of the oil into your daily body lotion to have the benefits of both at the same time.
