Welcome to this website. As a user, it is important that you understand these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of this site. By using gabrielleanand.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use, which are in compliance with applicable Spanish and European regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR) and Spain’s Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). 

The website gabrielleanand.com is owned and managed by an autonomous entrepreneur legally established in Spain, hereafter referred to as "the Provider." 

 

1. Services Offered 

Gabrielle Anand offers a range of wellness services, including (and not limited to): 

  • In-person and online Yoga and Meditation classes 

  • Sound bath sessions and concerts in person 

  • Physical retreats 

  • Online 1:1 EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and intuitive readings 

All services are subject to availability and require prior booking. To secure a specific date, a deposit of 40% to 50% of the full fee may be required depending on the service. 

 

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy 

  • All physical activities (yoga, meditation, sound bath, retreats) are non-refundable once booked. 

  • Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. 

  • 1:1 EFT and Reading sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. 

  • Cancellations after these windows will be charged in full and considered as delivered. 

  • For private events or group retreats, the full amount is due no later than an agreed delay prior to the scheduled date. This final payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 

  • Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed by Gabrielle Anand in writing. If a client cannot attend, they may request in advance to transfer their spot to another person. This is subject to approval and may incur administrative processing. 

By booking a service, the user accepts these conditions in full. 

2.1 Force Majeure 

In the event of force majeure — including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, political unrest, travel bans, or other unforeseeable circumstances — Gabrielle Anand reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, an alternative date or credit may be proposed, but refunds are not guaranteed. 

 

3. Financial Agreement 

Payment must be made securely online through the payment platform integrated into the website. The Client agrees to full payment upon booking. If installment options are provided, the full series of payments remains due even in case of discontinuation. 

To secure a specific date, a deposit of 40% to 50% of the total amount may be required depending on the service. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension and administrative fees. 

 

4. Right of Withdrawal 

In accordance with Spanish law, services tailored to personal or professional development, delivered within a defined timeframe, are not subject to the right of withdrawal. By confirming your booking, you expressly waive this right. 

 

5. User Obligations 

Users agree to use this website and its services in accordance with applicable law, good faith, and respectful conduct. 

Strictly prohibited: 

  • Use of the site for illegal or harmful purposes 

  • Reproduction or distribution of content without express permission 

  • Activities that damage, disable, or overload the site 

The Provider reserves the right to restrict access to users who breach these terms. 

 

6. Client Responsibility 

Clients are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Gabrielle Anand is not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the services. 

6.1 No Guarantee of Results 

While all services are offered with care, intention, and integrity, Gabrielle Anand makes no guarantees about specific results. Each client remains fully responsible for their progress, insights, and transformation. This work is a co-creation that depends on your personal engagement and process. 

 

7. Personal Data and Privacy 

We collect personal data (name, email, etc.) through contact forms and newsletters. Your data is processed securely in line with GDPR and not shared with third parties unless legally required.

8. Security Measures 

This site uses secure HTTPS protocols to protect your data. However, no system is entirely immune to threats, and the Provider cannot fully guarantee protection against cyber risks. 

 

9. Confidentiality 

All private information, session content, and shared material are treated confidentially. Gabrielle Anand commits to not disclose personal data or session content without prior consent. 

9.1 Group Code of Conduct 

For group programs, circles, or retreats, participants agree to the following values and behaviors: 

  • To participate with respect, presence, and kindness toward all group members. 

  • To hold confidentiality around what is shared in the group space. 

  • To avoid giving unsolicited advice or coaching to others unless invited. 

  • To refrain from promoting personal services or businesses within the group. 

  • To express needs and boundaries clearly, with compassion and responsibility. 

  • To honor diversity, differences of experience, and emotional safety. 

Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the group without refund. 

 

10. Intellectual and Industrial Property 

All content on gabrielleanand.com (texts, visuals, techniques, materials) is the exclusive property of Gabrielle Anand. No reproduction, resale, or sharing is allowed without written permission. 

 

11. Service Access and Technical Issues 

Clients must ensure stable internet access for online sessions. The Provider is not responsible for technical interruptions or software failures on the Client’s side. Missed sessions due to such issues will not be refunded. 

 

12. Claims and Dispute Resolution

  • Date and type of service 

  • Description of the issue

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain. 

 

14. Final Provisions 

  • The Provider may update these Terms at any time. 

  • The applicable version is that in effect at the time of booking. 

  • Clients are advised to read these Terms carefully before making any purchase.
