Revealing What Was Never Lost
Actualising your purpose as the refinement process of who you naturally are - your gifts, desires, and innate abilities.
March is a month of refinement.
Before Spring fully opens, there is a structural reorganisation taking place - in the body, in identity, in direction. Seasonal change invites review as an intelligent recalibration.
Inside the Coaching space I hold for your transition, this period is dedicated to Preparation. We work at the level of the nervous system examining inherited patterns and stabilising the body before asking it to leap.
Because clarity emerges from Regulation.
From Inherited Structure to Chosen Direction
Many of us built our identity around competence.
Hyper-responsibility.
Self-correction.
Perfectionism presented as strength.
Worth measured through usefulness.
These structures once ensured safety, belonging, and achievement. They were intelligent adaptations.
But over time, what once created stability can begin to restrict expansion.
March asks for purification. What is inherited yet misaligned dissolves.
This is the subtle work of breaking Self-Limitation through awareness.
We examine the emotional residue stored in the body : postponed desire, swallowed truth, efforting without alignment. The nervous system must stabilise before direction can reorganise itself around something more authentic.
Integration precedes Initiation.
The Body as Living Ground
This month is an ode to the purification of mind, body, vision, and motive.
The body becomes central as living ground.
When the nervous system softens, internal noise quiets and the compulsion to react decreases, making reflection more available than reaction. Intuition begins to carry more weight than intellect, and surrender becomes more intelligent than control.
This is prime time for dreamwork, journaling, and silence, letting meaning rise instead of forcing answers.
Regulation restores circulation, physically and emotionally. It clears stagnation by returning us to sensation, sensation being a doorway to our own truth.
Purpose as Remembrance
Purpose is often treated as something to construct, as a strategy, a plan or a performance.
But what if purpose is not built, only remembered?
In my reading this season, particularly Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson, I’ve been reflecting on revelation as an internal authority. The hidden gospel is not external doctrine but an inner knowing that has always existed beneath conditioning.
Purpose lives in that same place. It is not outside of you; it is obscured by noise, adaptation, and inherited expectation.
When layers are gently removed, what remains feels almost childlike in its coherence, simple and direct, even obvious.
Revealing what was never lost.
Ikigai as Embodied Alignment
The Japanese concept of Ikigai is often translated as “reason for being.” It is traditionally described as the meeting point between what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what can sustain you.
In this season’s work, we approach together Ikigai somatically, as an alignment to embody.
Your gifts are not separate from your nervous system, your desires are not separate from your physiology, and your natural abilities are not separate from your lived history.
When the body feels safe, authentic preference becomes clearer; when hypervigilance softens, desire returns; and when inherited pressure dissolves, direction begins to organise itself more naturally.
Actualising your purpose is the refinement process of who you already are.
Equinox: Conscious Initiation
The Equinox marks a threshold, a shift into ( inner) Spring and the beginning of a new cycle.
Initiation without integration creates fragmentation, which is why the weeks leading to the Equinox are dedicated to clearing what constricts movement, releasing outdated internal contracts, and restoring contact with the intelligence of the body.
Only then can chosen direction emerge with stability.
April will invite the Leap, and March prepares the ground by guiding the transition from inherited limitation to embodied authorship, from self-protection to self-revelation, and from efforting toward alignment.
I is a return.
You deserve a life aligned with your essence.
Always.
