These 45-minute EFT sessions create a focused space to release tension, soften survival patterns, and reconnect with your own truth. The body responds quickly when safety is established. In a short, concentrated session, we work directly with the emotional charge beneath the narrative, subconscious patterns stored in the nervous system, inherited beliefs, and the places where old wiring still shapes your reactions. This is not talk therapy; EFT bypasses the thinking mind and works through somatic pathways — where real transformation happens.

We begin with grounding and nervous system attunement, then identify the core emotional imprint behind the current pattern. Through tapping on meridian points, the system releases tension and reorganizes toward clarity. So you leave feeling anchored, lighter, and more coherent.

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle and powerful method that blends Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. It is sometimes called “emotional acupuncture,” but instead of needles, we use the fingertips to tap on key meridian points while focusing on a specific emotional issue. 

    This process helps the body release stress, process difficult emotions, and shift limiting patterns. It is very effective for things like anxiety, phobias, emotional overwhelm, and negative self-beliefs.  

  • Traditional therapy often focuses on talking and analyzing the mind, while coaching is usually about setting goals and pushing forward. Both have their place—but my sessions go deeper into the emotional body and subconscious and work more holistically. 

    I combine EFT with intuitive guidance, energy awareness, and astrology to get to the root of what is holding you back. We work with the emotional charge, the story, and the energetic imprint all at once—so you’re not just understanding your patterns, you’re clearing them. 

    You will also receive integration practices: gentle, intuitive action steps that help you embody the work in your everyday life. Each session blends coaching, guidance, and energy work—not to “fix” you, but to support you in healing, aligning, and moving forward in a way that feels natural and true to you.

  • Sessions are intuitive, safe, and co-created. We begin with where you are right now—what is present emotionally or energetically—and gently explore what lies beneath. 

    Through tapping, reflection, and guided release, we move through layers at your pace. Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and reconnected to themselves after a session. They have a feeling of wide possibilities. 

  • Not at all. This work isn’t about belief—it’s about experience. EFT is down-to-earth and is backed by neuroscience. Studies have shown that tapping can reduce cortisol (the body’s stress hormone), regulate the nervous system, and support emotional processing by helping to rewire the brain’s response to stress and trauma. 

    Astrology, too, is not just “woo”—it’s an ancient symbolic system rooted in observation and cycles. I use it as a tool for self-reflection and emotional insight, not prediction. 

    You don’t have to believe in tapping or astrology for them to be effective. Just come with openness, and let the experience speak for itself.
